How to use 365 CBD Oil
It is important to note that each person has a unique ‘sweet spot’ where CBD works best for them. The best way to find yours is to up-titrate. Firstly shake the bottle well before use. After that begin by placing a few drops beneath your tongue and hold for around 90 seconds or until the oil has been absorbed. Then slowly increase the amount of drops taken each day at regular intervals as required until you achieve desired results.
