Hemptations CBD Delivery
We currently offer delivery to customers within the UK and some EU countries. We aim to ship all orders we receive by 4pm on Monday to Friday the very same day, subject to availability. Any orders received after 4pm on Monday to Friday will be dispatched the following day. Orders that are received before 11am on Saturday will be shipped that day while any received after that or on Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.
All of our orders are shipped through our courier Royal Mail and a signature is typically required upon delivery. However we reserve the right to amend the delivery option at our discretion. Please also ensure your address is correct at the time of ordering.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive email confirmation. Depending on your chosen shipping method you may also receive a tracking code. In the rare event of a late delivery, please use this code in the first instance by visiting Royal Mail’s website.

Free UK Delivery
We offer free CBD delivery on UK orders over £75. For this we use second class shipping that typically arrives in 2-3 working days. Please note we also offer Free Local Delivery for Northern Ireland postcodes BT19, BT20 and BT21. Remember to put your postcode in at the checkout to reveal this option.
Click & Collect
With our Click & Collect option you can reserve item(s) for collection in store. Please wait for an order note stating that your order is ready for collection before heading into store to collect your order. Also bring your confirmation email or ID with you when you go to collect your order. Click & Collect is only available for customers in Northern Ireland.
EU Delivery £8.95
EU orders are typically delivered in 3-5 working days. Please note that once your order reaches your country RM will pass it onto your national carrier. You may need to contact them for further information in the event of delays.
Thanks to our location in Northern Ireland and the NI Protocol we can currently ship to EU countries without the burden of customs. At present we ship to just a handful of EU countries however we are constantly monitoring this so please contact us if you want to request shipping to your country. At present we offer delivery to Ireland, France and Denmark.
Please note that your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes. These are levied once your order reaches your home country. We have no way of estimating customs fees, duties, taxes or anything other similar fees. Due to this import taxes, duties and other custom fees are not included in the product price or shipping costs. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Amendments & Cancellations
You can cancel or make amendments to your order at any point up until your order is dispatched. To do so please contact us quoting your order number. You can also learn more about delivery and returns in our terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to charge for re-delivery of any orders that are returned to us due to incorrect delivery information supplied by you or in the event that your order was undelivered through no fault of our own.
Please contact us if you have not received your order within 5 working days of dispatch. We will investigate with Royal Mail and where needed, reship your order. If a tracking number has been provided to you we always ask that you use this in the first instance prior to contacting us. We will also contact you on the email address provided if we are made aware of any specific delays.
Delivery of all orders is made through Royal Mail and will also be subject to their terms and conditions. As mentioned above cancellation of your order is possible at any stage prior to dispatch.
When is my item considered undelivered?
Our courier Royal Mail is usually prompt with their deliveries however on a rare occasion an order may go missing. An order is considered undelivered if it is later than 10 working days. For example a standard shipping delivery is missing after 13 working days as it is expected 3 days after it is shipped. Exceptionally special deliveries are considered lost 5 days after the due date and EU orders 20 working days after.
