Thinking of ordering with us? Here’s everything you need to know about shipping. Here you can find what delivery options we offer, cut off times for same day shipping, customs, bulky items like drinks, amendments and cancellations, undelivered orders and much more.

Hemptations CBD Delivery Options

We currently offer the following delivery options:

Please note due to the closure of our local post office, we are currently unable to offer Special Delivery after Wednesday 12/11/25.

Free Delivery

We offer free delivery on UK orders over £75. For this we use a second class shipping that typically arrives in 2-3 working days. Additionally we offer Free Local Delivery for Northern Ireland postcodes BT19, BT20 and BT21 on orders over £50. Remember to put your postcode in at the checkout to reveal this option.

Local Delivery

In addition to our free local delivery on orders over £50, deliveries to BT19, BT20 and BT21 post codes on orders below £50 are available for £3 delivery. These orders will be delivered the same day if ordered by 4pm during working hours (currently Monday to Thursday). Any orders received after the 4pm cut off on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday.

Local deliveries are currently available Monday to Friday.

Click & Collect

With our Click & Collect option you can reserve item(s) for collection in store. Please wait for an order note stating that your order is ready for collection before heading into store to collect your order. Also bring your confirmation email or ID with you when you go to collect your order. Click & Collect is only available for customers in Northern Ireland.

EU Delivery

Unfortunately due to the Windsor Framework we are currently unable to ship to our EU customers. We hope this situation will change in the near future however in the interim you can visit our store if you are ever in Northern Ireland.

Shipping Cut Off Times

We aim to ship all orders we receive (during store opening hours) the very same day, subject to availability. Our cut off on Monday to Friday is 4pm, any orders received after this will be dispatched the following day. Anything received after 4pm on Friday will be shipped on the following Monday.

Customs

Please note that orders shipping outside the UK may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes. These are levied once your order reaches your home country. We have no way of estimating customs fees, duties, taxes or anything other similar fees. Due to this import taxes, duties and other custom fees are not included in the product price or shipping costs. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Drinks Shipping

Any orders containing CBD Drinks are charged a little extra due to their weight. There are two options, standard delivery at £6.95 usually sent using Yodel store to door or Royal Mail Tracked48 or express shipping at £8.55, which is sent via Royal Mail Tracked24. Orders sent using standard shipping typically arrive in 3-4 days whereas express orders should arrive in just 1-2 days.

You can also choose next day shipping on drinks orders. In this case the first drink is free of any surcharges however any additional drinks incur a charge of 80p per drink. This is to cover the extra cost of shipping heavier items. (Next Day shipping currently unavailable).

Lightweight Items (Patches etc)

Similarly we also offer free standard delivery on smallers items like certain CBD Dabs or CBD Patches.

Amendments & Cancellations

You can cancel or make amendments to your order at any point up until your order is dispatched. To do so please contact us quoting your order number. You can also learn more about delivery and returns in our terms and conditions.

Undelivered orders

We reserve the right to charge for re-delivery of any orders that are returned to us due to incorrect delivery information supplied by you or in the event that your order was undelivered through no fault of our own.

Please contact us if you have not received your order within 5 working days of dispatch. We will investigate with Royal Mail and where needed, reship your order. If a tracking number has been provided to you we always ask that you use this in the first instance prior to contacting us. We will also contact you on the email address provided if we are made aware of any specific delays.

Delivery of all orders is made through Royal Mail or Yodel and will also be subject to their terms and conditions. As mentioned above cancellation of your order is possible at any stage prior to dispatch.

Common Shipping FAQs

When is my item considered undelivered?

Our couriers are usually prompt with their deliveries however on a rare occasion an order may go missing. An order is considered undelivered if it is later than 10 working days. For example a standard shipping delivery is missing after 13 working days as it is expected 3 days after it is shipped. Exceptionally special deliveries are considered lost 5 days after the due date and EU orders 20 working days after.

Which countries do we ship to?

We currently offer delivery to customers within the UK only. All of our orders are shipped through our couriers Royal Mail and Yodel and a signature is typically required upon delivery. However we reserve the right to amend the delivery option at our discretion. Please also ensure your address is correct at the time of ordering.

How do I know when my order has been shipped?

Once your order has been shipped you will receive email confirmation. Depending on your chosen shipping method you may also receive a tracking code in an email titled “a note has been added to your order.” In the rare event of a late delivery, please use this code in the first instance by visiting Royal Mail’s website.
