How to use Turkey Tail Mushroom Tincture

For best results take the tincture daily either directly from the bottle or add it to tea, coffee, juice, or water. We recommend dropping it into some tepid hemp tea and adding a dash of local honey to sweeten. But the possiblities are endless so do whatever works for you.
