How to use Hempura CBD Oil 500mg

CBD oil is best taken under the tongue to maximise the amount of CBD that reaches your bloodstream. Firstly place 4 drops under the tongue twice per day (20mg). Then increase dosage as required at regular intervals to find your sweet spot. CBD dosage is unique to the individual therefore it is advisable to begin low and gradully increase dosage until you achieve your optimal dose.
