How to fill CCELL TH2 EVO Cartridges

First of all screw the top off your CCELL TH2 EVO cartridge and fill it. After this leave the cartridge for around 15-30 minutes to allow the atomiser to saturate. The more viscous the oil the more time this will take. You might notice the atomiser absorbing up to 0.15ml of the cart forming gaps within the cart. This is normal and the oil is still present, it’s just inside the atomiser.
