What is Cold Pressed CBD?

Cold Pressed CBD has been extracted using a traditional cold press method that doesn’t require alcohol or heat. This means the extract retains more of the naturally occurring constituents of the hemp plant. In other words you get more omega 3 fatty acids like ALA and GLA while retaining a full range of cannabinoids, terpenes and flavonoids.

How to use BNatural CBD Chocolate Squares

Take one or two CBD chocolate squares before or after a meal to maximise the absorption of CBD. Then increase dosage as required. Remember that it will likely take an hour or two for effects to begin when eating CBD. With that said the effects typically last longer than CBD oil for example.
