How to use Hempura CBD Oil
CBD Oil is made for sublingual (under the tongue) administration for maximum bio-availability. To begin place 2 drops under the tongue twice per day (20mg). Then increase dosage as required at regular intervals to find your sweet spot. CBD dosage is unique to the individual so its best to begin low and gradully increase it to find your optimal dose.
