How to fill CCELL Vita Cartridges

First of all fill your CCELL Vita Cart and leave it for around 15-30 minutes to allow the atomiser to saturate. The more viscous the oil the more time this will take. You might notice the atomiser absorbing up to 0.15ml of the cart forming gaps within the cart. This is normal and the oil is still present, it’s just inside the atomiser.
