We offer the following delivery options:

Free Delivery

We offer free delivery on UK orders over £75. For this we use second class shipping that typically arrives in 2-3 working days. Additionally we offer Free Local Delivery for Northern Ireland postcodes BT19, BT20 and BT21 on orders over £25. Remember to put your postcode in at the checkout to reveal this option.

We also offer free delivery to multiple EU destinations on orders over £200.

Local Delivery

In addition to our free local delivery on orders over £25, deliveries to BT19, BT20 and BT21 post codes on orders below £25 are available for £2.50 delivery. These orders will be delivered the same day if ordered by 4pm during working hours (currently Tuesday to Saturday). Any orders received after the 4pm cut off on Saturday will be delivered on Tuesday.

Local deliveries are currently available Tuesday to Saturday.

Click & Collect

With our Click & Collect option you can reserve item(s) for collection in store. Please wait for an order note stating that your order is ready for collection before heading into store to collect your order. Also bring your confirmation email or ID with you when you go to collect your order. Click & Collect is only available for customers in Northern Ireland.

EU Delivery £9.45

EU orders are typically delivered in 3-5 working days. Please note that once your order reaches your country RM will pass it onto your national carrier. You may need to contact them for further information in the event of delays.

Thanks to our location in Northern Ireland and the NI Protocol we can currently ship to EU countries without the burden of customs. At present we ship to just a handful of EU countries however we are constantly monitoring this so please contact us if you want to request shipping to your country. At present we offer delivery to Ireland.

Shipping Cut Off Times

We aim to ship all orders we receive (during store opening hours) the very same day, subject to availability. Our cut off on Monday to Friday is 4pm, any orders received after this will be dispatched the following day. On Saturdays orders that are received before 11am will be shipped that day. Anything received after that will be shipped on Monday

  • Monday – Friday 4pm
  • Saturday – 11am

Customs

Please note that your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes. These are levied once your order reaches your home country. We have no way of estimating customs fees, duties, taxes or anything other similar fees. Due to this import taxes, duties and other custom fees are not included in the product price or shipping costs. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Bulky items (Drinks etc)

Any orders containing CBD Drinks are charged at a flat £5.95 and are sent using Yodel store to door. Delivery typically takes 3 or 4 days regardless of whether you select express or standard shipping. You can also choose next day shipping on drinks orders. In this case the first drink is free of any surcharges however any additional drinks incur a charge of 80p per drink. This is to cover the extra cost of shipping heavier items. Shipping drinks isn’t cheap!

Lightweight Items (Patches etc)

Similarly we also offer free standard delivery on smallers items like certain CBD Dabs or CBD Patches.

Amendments & Cancellations

You can cancel or make amendments to your order at any point up until your order is dispatched. To do so please contact us quoting your order number. You can also learn more about delivery and returns in our terms and conditions.

Undelivered orders

We reserve the right to charge for re-delivery of any orders that are returned to us due to incorrect delivery information supplied by you or in the event that your order was undelivered through no fault of our own.

Please contact us if you have not received your order within 5 working days of dispatch. We will investigate with Royal Mail and where needed, reship your order. If a tracking number has been provided to you we always ask that you use this in the first instance prior to contacting us. We will also contact you on the email address provided if we are made aware of any specific delays.

Delivery of all orders is made through Royal Mail or Yodel and will also be subject to their terms and conditions. As mentioned above cancellation of your order is possible at any stage prior to dispatch.

Common Shipping FAQs

When is my item considered undelivered?

Our couriers are usually prompt with their deliveries however on a rare occasion an order may go missing. An order is considered undelivered if it is later than 10 working days. For example a standard shipping delivery is missing after 13 working days as it is expected 3 days after it is shipped. Exceptionally special deliveries are considered lost 5 days after the due date and EU orders 20 working days after.

Which countries do we ship to?

We currently offer delivery to customers within the UK and some EU countries. All of our orders are shipped through our couriers Royal Mail and Yodel and a signature is typically required upon delivery. However we reserve the right to amend the delivery option at our discretion. Please also ensure your address is correct at the time of ordering.

How do I know when my order has been shipped?

Once your order has been shipped you will receive email confirmation. Depending on your chosen shipping method you may also receive a tracking code. In the rare event of a late delivery, please use this code in the first instance by visiting Royal Mail’s website.
