Delivery and Returns
Hemptations currently offers delivery to UK and Republic of Ireland customers. We aim to ship all orders we receive by 4pm on Monday to Friday the very same day, subject to availability. Any orders received after 4pm on Monday to Friday will be dispatched the following day. Orders that are received before 11am on Saturday will be shipped that day while any received after that or on Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday. Please note that ROI orders may be subject to a short delay in shipping.
Orders are shipped via Royal Mail and a signature is typically required upon delivery. However we reserve the right to amend the delivery option at our discretion. Please also ensure your address is correct at the time of ordering.
You will receive email confirmation once your order has been shipped and depending on your chosen shipping method you may also receive a tracking code. In the rare event of a late delivery, please use this code in the first instance by visiting Royal Mail’s website.
Covid-19 2021 Update
Royal Mail are experiencing exceptionally high volumes due to the ongoing Covid-19 restrictions and a stark increase in the amount of mail being shipped around the world. While we are shipping orders daily as usual, it is for this reason that you may experience a delay therefore please allocate some extra time for your order to arrive. Amendments & Cancellations
You can cancel or make amendments to your order at any point up until your order is dispatched. To do so please contact us quoting your order number. You can also learn more about delivery and returns in our terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to charge for re-delivery of any orders that are returned to us due to incorrect delivery information supplied by you or in the event that your order was undelivered through no fault of our own.
Please contact us if you have not received your order within 5 working days of dispatch. We will investigate with Royal Mail and where needed, reship your order. If a tracking number has been provided to you we always ask that you use this in the first instance prior to contacting us. We will also contact you on the email address provided if we are made aware of any specific delays.
Delivery of all orders is made through Royal Mail and will also be subject to their terms and conditions. As mentioned above cancellation of your order is possible at any stage prior to dispatch.
Hassle Free Returns
Should you change your mind about any of the products you have purchased from us you can return them to us for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt with absolutely no questions asked. Simply bring any products you wish to return into store with proof of purchase and the debit or credit card that you used to pay. For postal returns please contact us for full return instructions. Any items that are being returned must be in unopened/unused condition.
Please note: Debit/credit card refunds will be processed within 10 working days.
In the unlikely event that the incorrect item(s) have been sent to you or your order arrives faulty or damaged, please report this to us within 14 days of receipt. Such items will be replaced and a prepaid returns label issued to return incorrectly sent items. You will be sent a link to print off a returns label. If the items you are returning exceed the accepted weight/size, please contact us to organise a courier collection.
